I’m comfortable communicating my design process. After I listened to the client’s requirements, I took references from the competitors and defined the marketing position and business goal based on the research.
I made a PowerPoint presentation based on the result, presented the UI mockups and idea to the stakeholders and leadership.
I pay attention to the user journey, especially the login and checkout system.
And there were many products that had lots of description text and videos that needed to process.
So I redesigned e-commerce websites, conducted UX research to improve user satisfaction, create user journey and sitemap, and followed SEO guidelines to re-edit the content.
We used the “Read More” button to hide a large amount of text for the articles.
I keep updating our work progress to the clients and delivered the work on time.

I crafted the sitemap and presented the idea to the stakeholders and leadership. I used Helvetica fonts because it is an easy-to-read typeface, with clean lines, no-nonsense shapes and simple efficiency. I also selected the primary and secondary colours which are matched their logo.
After approval, We set up the roadmap and time schedule to complete the task. I used Figma to illustrate the web graphics and wireframes, then used WordPress to do the interactive prototypes.
I like using data to back up my design decisions. I usually look at things like user behavior, conversion rates, and site traffic to see what’s really working.
For example, with SEO, I check the keywords to adjust the content, layout, and visuals to improve rankings and the overall user experience.
That way, my designs don’t just look good — they actually help meet business goals and connect better with the audience.
