Challenges

The main issue was the client was very urgent, the product had lots of historical background that needed to study, there are membership and e-commerce functions, and we also needed to cooperate with other marketing processes.

Result

Tried to understand the client’s requirements and mindset deeply, and match the artistic style of the NFT collections.

We set a tight roadmap and highlight the urgency of the deadline, focusing on completing the task with my colleagues. I ensure smooth end-to-end coordination of delivery, deadlines are always met, and the team is well looked after.

The client liked the design on the first attempt.:)
