This is one of my works at Sky Cover Technology Limited. I started by discussing the visual style and the product categories with the client, then having some reference research to draft the mock-ups, and presented my idea to the project manager and the client.
The main issue was I need to simplify the steps and completed the order process in an efficient way.
Focused on the design style based on the brand guidelines, classified the categories of food and drinks on the menu, interviewed the user, and drafted the user journey.
We found out lots of questions, like “Does the user need to change skim milk or add extra sugar?”, and “Does the user have an egg allergy?”.
We considered what would people concern about, so decided to add customized options when ordering the drinks and food.
When designing the wireframe and prototype, I paid attention to every step of the user and did a lot of usability tests with the project manager, I communicated with developers and balanced the best UX possibility, and the client liked the design on the first attempt:)
